Frank Danner, from October 1970 until retirement, was the Managing Partner for KPMG Peat Marwick's Tax Department in Anchorage, Alaska. He managed the complete tax services to business clients and individuals including federal and state income, estate and gift taxes, income tax and estate planning, business tax consultation, purchase and sale of business assets and business entities, and other tax and accounting matters. more

Craig A. Floerchinger, formerly Finance Chief at Cook Inlet Region Inc. (CIRI), recently became Vice President of corporate development for Barrow-based ASRC. CIRI and ASRC are Alaska Native regional corporations. more


At ASRC, Mr. Floerchinger is focusing on business acquisitions and strategy for existing subsidiaries and reports to Chief Operating Officer, Mark Kroloff. During Mr. Floerchinger's eleven year tenure as Chief Financial Officer at CIRI , he led and/or participated in acquisition and divesture transactions totaling several billion dollars.  Additionally, Mr. Floerchinger was responsible for all of the company's treasury, finance, banking and accounting functions.

During 1991 and 1992 Mr. Floerchinger was a principal in the consulting practice of Hammond and Floerchinger, providing financial consulting services to businesses in Alaska<.

From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Floerchinger was Vice President of Finance and Administration for a regional airline based in Alaska.  In this capacity he was responsible for all treasury, finance, banking, accounting, purchasing, human resources, and administration functions of the company, overseeing the activities of more than one hundred employees.

From 1982 to 1998 Mr. Floerchinger was Vice President and Controller of an Alaska based commercial bank with assets of over $1 billion.  Prior to 1982, he was an Audit Manager with the Anchorage, Alaska office of KPMG, an international firm of Certified Public Accountants.

Jon Peacock is an experienced business executive with over 20 years as executive manager of small to medium size companies.  He has extensive expertise in the analysis and design of business operational systems, management of system development teams and projects, and has implemented numerous operational and accounting data systems. more

Jon's talents include strategic planning, organizational development, business performance analysis and business process reengineering.

Jon also has a solid background in marketing and lead generation. As President of Transalaska Data Systems and then as Chairman of Advanced Information Services (AIS), Jon negotiated the acquisition or sale of several business enterprises. Mr. Peacock was also instrumental in the resulting restructuring of both organizations. 

Throughout his professional career Jon has focused on growing and driving the profitability of information services companies. For example, Mr. Peacock helped AIS to increase sales from $9MM to $250MM in ten years, helping to create significant annual free cash flow.

Tim Fargo has over 27 years experience managing and leading IT organizations that deliver large-scale project management, consulting, commercial application software development, and software and system service.  Tim spent over fifteen years as CEO of AIS, Advanced Information Services, and managing partner of its parent corporation.  AIS grew from $9MM to $250MM and was sold to a Fortune 500 firm. more

While managing SalesLogix, Tim reported directly to Interact Commerce chairman and founder, and recognized software entrepreneur Pat Sullivan. At Interact Commerce, Tim was responsible for all aspects of the CRM product line, including product development, sales, marketing, channel management, professional service, and technical support.

Tim is currently chairman and COO of AEP LLC's (AncAla Equity Partners) subsidiaries, including TopLine Strategies, Top IT Staff, and the Venture Resource Group.
